Millennium Martial Arts is a "Black Belt Excellence" School. We are a Life Skills training center (emphasizing a curriculum of Respect, Courtesy, Modesty, Discipline, Self Control, Perseverance, Achievement and Indomitable Spirit) as well as an Olympic Sport training center (emphasizing cardio and core fitness by the way of pushups, sit ups, kicks, punches, drills, bag and pad work, sparring, poomsae, self defense and more! Our Training Programs are oriented for youth ages 5 through 9, pre-teens ages 10- 12, teens ages 13-19, young adults 20-34 and adults ages 35 and up. For strictly fitness. We also offer Birthday parties, Self Defense seminars, private lessons, parents night outs. We follow the World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF) guidelines and some of our students do compete.

Although we honor Martial Arts traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and enthusiastic about how Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do has become a year round sport and fitness program for our students and families. We have boys, girls, men and women who have joined our school and have found a sport and an art that conditions the mind and the body, teaches self defense and awareness-a way to stay fit all year long for life! We do not have contracts, we do not incorporate high pressure sales. We believe in quality, integrity, service and performance. Our families find enrichment in our programs and a positive environment to greet them when they walk through our doors.
